This page presents all the pre-configured roles that are implemented in Lyzi solution.
As we are migrating from the first version of the backoffice (admin.lyzi.fr) to a brand new, more modern version (admin.lyzi.io), the box under the titles indicates what version of the backoffice supports the described role.

A manager is assigned to an independant brand, that is registered as a company in a legal meaning. Only one email can be assigned to a manager and thus to the company.
The company can however be composed by multiple salespoint (different addresses) and each salespoint can include multiple collector.
The manager have all the administration tools to create salespoint, collectors, buy-buttons or buy links. He can also ask for refunds (that need to be approved by Lyzi team).
To make online payments, the manager can create buy buttons or payment links from the backoffice. By integrating the link, QR code or script
on the website, the manager can easily and quickly implement crypto payments in the e-commerce store.
For offline payment, the manager shall create a salespoint and then create collectors:
Each salespoint can have multiple collectors (Caisse).

A common scenario is to create a collector for each employee that will use the solution to accept crypto payments

Once the collector is created, the Lyzi Pro app can be synchronized with this collector by flashing a QR code. Crypto payments can be accepted as soon as the app is synced with the collector
Each collector can be temporarly (de)actived to allow or disable crypto payments from the Lyzi Pro app:

A super manager has an overview role of managers/companies. By default, Lyzi’s team is assigning managers under a super manager, but knowing sufficient information about the managers (Names, emails, IBAN, …), a super manager can assign a list of managers under his supervision.
A super manager only has consultation rights about the transactions that occur in his managers companies. In other words, a super manager can consult the list of transactions occuring in every of his managers accounts, but cannot trigger a payment, he cannot create QR codes or links for payment and he cannot trigger refunds.

The role of cashier is to be assigned to a collector, create payment link and allowing validation of vouchers to accept a payment. A cashier can only see the transactions that the collector he is assigned to has accepted.
In https://admin.lyzi.io/ any user can sign up as a cashier :
Note that it is important that he selects the “cashier role” option in the form and that the company name matches the company name in the manager account
<aside> 💡
Even though anyone can sign up as a cashier to a company, as long as the manager of this company does not assign the cashier to a collector, the cashier has no role, nor privilege to do anything.

Only the manager of the company can perform the following task.
Once the salespoint and at least one collector are configured, the manager of a company can create QR codes to synchronize the Lyzi Pro application for a soft pos use.
In the collector page, each collector can be synced to the application and can be assigned to a cashier.
First, the cashier must be assigned to the collector
Second, the QR code must be generated for a given cashier
A QR code can also be generated for the manager
